Our Mission – To develop the character, confidence, and creativity of 12 – 18 year olds, resulting in an increase in educational performance, whilst preparing their mindset to survive and thrive in this new era.
Our Dreams 2 Reality mission is something we take extremely seriously; we revisit our mission statement every day to ensure we are delivering impact, and we are always seeking new opportunities to highlight where we can maximise our value.
There are three areas we focus on; the ‘Power Programme’, the ‘Online Academy’, and the ‘ Speaking Agency’.
Power Programme – Our most popular service is the ‘Power Programme’. This is a program we run within schools, heavily focused on ‘Pupil Premium’ students. The ‘Power Program’ is run by our founder, the UK’s #1 Motivational Speaker Cameron Parker, and our dedicated team. We also organise 1-off motivational speeches and many other programs for schools and colleges.
Online Academy – We can’t be everywhere at once, that is why we have built the ‘Dreams 2 Reality Academy’. This is an online platform designed to take 12 – 18 years olds to the next level through video, daily communication and community. This is for schools personal development curriculum or sold individually to parents and teenagers.
Speaking Agency – We are dedicated to ensuring we deliver at the highest possible level in all areas. That is why we have created and developed a speaking agency full of talented individuals.
